How to plan goals with Altwin in Claude chat and get them done together

What you can do with the Altwin connector

State a goal and it's saved as tasks split into Planning → Execution → Reporting.
Hand tasks to friends (assigned immediately, no acceptance step) and check progress and deadlines.
Assignees write and submit deliverables with Claude, and the owner reviews them to approve or request changes.
Leave questions and progress notes on tasks as comments.
See your plans and progress on the altwin.xyz dashboard. The dashboard is view-only; all work happens in Claude chat.

What you need

A Claude account — the free plan can connect one connector. On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization admin must add the connector first.
A Google account — Altwin signs you in with Google. Your Altwin account is created automatically the first time you connect.

How to connect

Use the button above to open Altwin's page in the Claude directory and click Connect.
Follow the prompts to allow access to Altwin and sign in with your Google account.
Start a new chat and say “Plan … with Altwin”.

If connecting from the directory doesn't work (for example, your organization admin has blocked it), go to Claude Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, enter the name ‘Altwin’ and the URL below.https://mcp.altwin.xyz/mcp

Read tools run without confirmation; Claude may ask you to confirm before running tools that change data.

Permissions and data

The connector only handles your own Altwin data (goals you own or have tasks in).
Only the goal owner can add, edit, delete or assign tasks, edit, close or delete goals, and judge submissions.
Altwin doesn't access your Claude chat history or memory, and only receives the values needed to run a tool.
AI doesn't decide whether a deliverable is complete — the goal owner approves it directly.

Disconnecting and deleting data

You can disconnect Altwin in Claude under Settings → Connectors.
To delete your Altwin account and data, email us below and we'll handle it without delay.
